To confirm a reservation, a deposit equal of the total accommodation amount is required.
After the reservation is completed, the guest will receive a booking confirmation via email or by phone.
Once a reservation is completed, cancellations are not allowed, and the amount will be charged according to the booking terms.
In case of no-show, the deposit is non-refundable and the reservation will be charged in full.
In case of early departure, 100% of the remaining nights of the reservation will be charged.
In exceptional cases where a refund is approved, the amount will be returned to the same payment card within 7–10 business days.
