Booking Terms

To confirm a reservation, a deposit equal to 30% of the total accommodation amount is required.

The remaining balance must be paid up to 30 days before the guest’s arrival date.
If the reservation is made within 30 days prior to arrival, the full amount is charged at the time of booking.

After the reservation is completed, the guest will receive a booking confirmation via email or by phone.

Cancellation Policy

Once a reservation is completed, cancellations are not allowed, and the amount will be charged according to the booking terms.

In case of no-show, the deposit is non-refundable and the reservation will be charged in full.

In case of early departure, 100% of the remaining nights of the reservation will be charged.

In exceptional cases where a refund is approved, the amount will be returned to the same payment card within 7–10 business days.
