If the reservation is more than 30 days away from arrival the customer gives a deposit of 20% and 30 days before arrival makes a payment, if the reservation is less than 30 days from arrival the customer pays the full amount.

Guest can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
Guest is charged the full amount if canceling less than 30 days prior to arrival.
