Each apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, and each studio can accommodate up to 2 people. There is no possibility to add an extra bed.
The accepted currency is EUR (€).
To make a reservation via phone, both the accommodation and the guest must have everything agreed upon in writing (room type, number of nights, price, etc.).
If, upon arrival, the number of guests exceeds what was agreed upon, only the accommodation can approve the stay of the additional guests, provided that the extra people can be accommodated.
To confirm a reservation, the accommodation requires a deposit of 2 nights' stay. The deposit must be paid via bank transfer within 2 working days. Along with the bank account details, the guest will receive a pre-booking document that contains all the booking details, the exact waiting period for approval, and the cancellation policy. Once the deposit is received, the accommodation will send a confirmation message and approve the reservation.
In case the deposit is not paid within the specified time frame, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
The reservation is made under the name of the person who makes the deposit payment.
The price does not include the sustainability fee, which must be paid upon the guest's arrival.
Any bank transfer fees are to be covered solely by the guest.
The remaining balance after the deposit is to be paid upon the guest's arrival at the accommodation. Payment can be made by cash, bank transfer, or credit/debit card. After each payment, the guest will receive a receipt.
Upon arrival, the guest must complete the registration form with their personal details. This document will remain within the company.
The guest is required to provide an original identification proof upon arrival at the accommodation.
If the guest has allergies, sensitivities, or intolerances, they must notify the accommodation prior to arrival.
By completing the reservation, you agree and acknowledge that, if the reservation is accepted by the hotel, your stay will be subject to the general terms and conditions of the hotel regarding your booking and stay.
Check-in is at 14:00, unless otherwise agreed.
Check-out is at 11:00. If late check-out is desired and there is availability, you agree to the additional charges. Specifically, if you check out after 14:00 but before 19:00, you will be charged 50% of the daily rate, and after 19:00, you will be charged the full daily rate. This is only possible if the accommodation can accommodate the request.
Children aged 0 to 3 years old are not subject to additional charges.
If you require a baby cot, please inform us to reserve it.
You must comply with the quiet hours policy, which is from 15:00 to 17:30 and from 23:00 to 07:00.
Pets are accepted with conditions. Specifically, pets must not roam in public areas without supervision. They must not alter anything in the interior or exterior of the room. Pets must not be left alone in the room and must not climb on the room’s furniture. During housekeeping, pets must remain with the owner so that the housekeeper can carry out their work. If the accommodation rules are not followed, the owner of the accommodation may evict the guests.
The guest can cancel their reservation at any time and for any reason. The guest can cancel without charge up to 20 days before their arrival. If the guest cancels within 20 days before arrival, they will be charged the full deposit amount. If the guest does not show up, they will be charged the full deposit amount.
In case of complaints or requests, please inform us immediately so we can make every effort to resolve any issue.
If any items are lost by the guest, the accommodation will promptly inform the guest. The guest will need to cover all procedures and costs for the item(s) to be sent to their location.
