We understand that travel plans can change. That's why, at the time of booking, you can choose between two policies depending on the flexibility you prefer. Please read the terms below carefully before completing your reservation.

Booking Options

Flexible Policy — Cancellation up to 30 days

With the flexible policy, you may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days before your arrival date.

For cancellations within 30 days of arrival, as well as in the event of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.

Non-Refundable Policy

With the non-refundable policy, the full booking amount is charged upon confirmation and is not refundable, regardless of when or why the cancellation is made. This option is offered at a special, more favourable rate.

Changes to Your Booking

If you wish to change the dates or details of your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability. For bookings under the flexible policy, any changes made within 30 days of arrival may be subject to the same terms as a cancellation.

How to Cancel

To cancel or modify your reservation, please contact us by phone or email, or through the platform you used to make your booking. A cancellation is considered valid only once we have confirmed it in writing.

Refunds

Where a refund applies, it will be issued to the original method of payment.
