Terms of payment

A deposit of 2 nights is required to be paid in advance when a reservation is made (deadline 2 days). If you choose to pay via Bank Deposit please include your booking code in payment. When a booking has been made a confirmation will be sent to the email address supplied during the booking proccess. A copy of this confirmation must be retained for reference. Booking confirmations are subject to the availability of accommodation at Alisachni. You should carefully check the details of the confirmation as soon as you receive it. You must contact Alisachni immediately if any of the details are incorrect or incomplete.The extra costs of any money transfer for the banks will be paid from the guest.

Terms of cancellation

Cancellations will be accepted at least 20 days prior to arrival. If your booking consists of more than one rooms, please note that the cancellation applies to every room included in the booking.

In order to obtain a refund for the prepaid amount, the cancellation must be made via email or phone by providing us the booking code and email address used to make the booking. You can find the booking code in the booking confirmation sent to you by email. If the terms of cancellation have been met, we will refund the full amount of the deposit via PayPal or bank Deposit. The amount will be refunded within 5 working days after cancellation.

In case of cancellation later than 20 days prior to arrival or in case of a "non-show" the deposit is non-refundable.

Arrival and departure

Check-in is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Check-out is no later than 11:00 on the day of departure because of covid-19. If check-out takes place later than 11:00 on the day of departure, the customer will be charged for an additional night's stay based on the price table.
